In Emergency

We have policies in place to deal with emergencies or last minute requirements. Sometimes a person will need a place at the nursing home at short notice. This is dealt with swiftly and with minimum fuss helping to take the pressure off families and ensuring that the admission is as comfortable as possible for the resident.

We also have our own fleet of vehicles including mobility aid functions so you don’t even have to wait for an ambulance to bring you to the home.

Our smart drivers came into their own during the floods and snow of 2009. With the three 4x4 vehicles they were able to keep on moving and our service continued as normal.
