All of our prospective staff are interviewed by management and undergo a police check before any final decision to hire them is made.

On joining the company, our professional and care staff must undergo a lengthy induction process to ensure they have the personality and skills to look after our residents in an effective and caring manner.

Their training is ongoing and documented in order to satisfy current healthcare and social care requirements.
